Terms of Service
The deal
fsimagegen generates and edits images using AI. You buy credits in one-time packs — never a subscription. Credits never expire. An image that fails our quality review is never charged: the credit is refunded automatically, and the refund appears in your ledger.
Your account
- You sign in with Google and must be at least 13 years old (16 where local law requires).
- You're responsible for what you ask the service to make. One account per person.
- New accounts receive free trial credits; abuse of trials (multiple accounts, automation) forfeits them.
Ownership and license
- You own the images you generate, including for commercial use, to the extent permitted by law.
- Each delivered image keeps a provenance record (model, prompt, date) you can rely on.
- You may not claim generated images are human-made where the distinction legally matters, and you're responsible for your use complying with local law.
Acceptable use
The Content Policy is part of these terms. Short version: no sexual content, nothing involving minors, no real-person likenesses, no graphic violence. Blocked requests are never charged. Repeated attempts to evade the rules end the account.
Service honesty
- Daily generation limits apply to keep the service free-tier sustainable; when a limit is reached you'll be told plainly.
- Generated images are stored for 30 days; saved characters are kept until you delete them. Download what you want to keep.
- The service is provided as-is; we may change features, but paid credits always remain usable for what the service can do.
Refunds
See the Refund Policy. Failed images self-refund; purchase refunds are handled case-by-case within 14 days of purchase for unused packs.
Changes
Material changes to these terms will be shown to you at sign-in for re-acceptance. Versions are numbered and dated.
